I’ve just had an alarm system installed by MES and from the very first contact with the company the customer care has been second to none. From Georgia, Amy and Andrew in sales, to Ollie and Kian who installed the system, two efficient, pleasant and patient young men, my contact with them all has been a pleasure. Being an elderly technophobe I’ve needed to call up to ask a few questions about the system, they were answered quickly and I was able to feel more confident.I would 100% recommend MES

Recently had a door entry system fitted across our premises and the team were superb, extremely patient with our requests for changes running up to the install, and then the install went brilliantly. Ollie and Kian were superb, led by Andrew who communicated with us at all stages and comprehensively explained how everything worked, staying on site until we were sure everyone was comfortable with the system. Excellent service and standard of work, definitely recommend. And extra points because they tidied their teacups away in the dishwasher! :-)

Today I had new home security system installed and the work was carried out by Andrew and I cannot thank him enough.So professional in every aspect and explained everything thoroughly plusregards the setting and de-activation of the alarm system .The entire process from the initial contact, survey and fitting was just perfect. I’ve had our MES house alarm for many years and have it serviced annually. I’ve never had a single issue with it, and it provides real peace of mind whenever the house is alarmed. MES offers excellent customer service and alarm systems to suit any household. I would highly recommend them.
