I am thrilled beyond belief! The care, concern, desire to make us happy exceeds ALL expectations! The store owner and manager bent over backwards to assist us personally and make sure were were 1000 percent pleased. The heirloom ring repair glitters like it never has in its 100+ history. One of the amethyst stones was lost and replacing the stone with a similar color & clarity was incredibly difficult however, J Thomas came through with a perfect match! I also had another 100+ ring that belong to our great grandmother. That ring too received the 5 star treatment. I'm proud to wear these rings today and HIGHLY recommend J. Thomas Jewelers to anyone for new treasures and or repair/restoration work. Rochester Hills is truly fortunate to have this store in our community.

They did an amazing job customizing my engagement ring exactly to my husband’s request, and the customer service throughout the entire process was outstanding. Every time we visit, we’re greeted by their friendly and helpful staff. The selection of jewelry is beautiful, and the quality is exceptional. I have a white gold diamond ring, and my husband has a tantalum black wedding band. Recently, I needed a quick resizing for my wedding band, and they were able to do it within two days. They also offer a package that includes free resizing and cleaning, which is so convenient. Pricing is fair, and every interaction has been positive—my husband especially appreciated how attentive and pressure-free the salesperson was when helping him pick out my engagement ring. Overall, our experience has been fantastic, and we will definitely continue to shop at J. Thomas Jewelers for future jewelry purchases. Thank you for making our experience so memorable!

I came in to have two rings appraised. Super professional, knowledgeable and a great deal. After confirming the stone in one ring was authentic, (I bought it from a small antique dealer) the jeweler tightened the prongs for me. The staff was very friendly. The selection is beautiful there as well. Definitely will be my new jeweler. I've been to other places and because I am not a millionaire, sometimes I feel like a second class shopper but this place treated me V.I.P. Thank you.
