The best gym I’ve gone to! The stations are easy to jump into after the first or second class. There are coaches there to help you. Definitely will see results weight/toning wise and enhance coordination. Customer service is great and the coaches are really nice. 10/10 for me!

Memphis Fitness Company- Wolfchase offers wonderful workout sessions that really keep me motivated. You work out at the level that you can and members are always encouraging each other. The coaches are amazing and will encourage you to do your best even when you feel like you can’t go any further. I’m lifting heavier and eating better because of the tools the studio offers. MFC is an awesome place to workout and connect with great people and coaches.

MFC is a community-oriented gym in good ways ways which matter - coaches know your name and your limits. Class times are flexible, sizes are reasonable, and the programming is varied and well-coordinated across the week. I was looking for a gym with coaches who keep classes fresh and push you as hard as you're willing to work. Found it. Highly recommend.

Several things I love about Memphis Fitness Company...--Sign-up & check-in are both very simple...at just the touch of a screen.--I don't have to worry about what I'm going to do each time since there's already an established workout for the day (with a good mix of cardio & strength throughout the week).--Group workouts are fun with lots of energy in the room. Everyone sort of becomes family.--And most importantly for me, there are coaches around the room making sure everyone is using proper form/technique and giving advice when there are known injuries/limitations.--Great music!!

Memphis Fitness Co. can meet the needs of anyone at any level of fitness. There are plenty of class options and times to accommodate just about anyone’s schedule. You can be in a class with 10 different people with 10 different goals, and each of them can meet their needs.The coaches are there to help encourage you, make sure you’re doing the exercise properly and safely, and to modify if needed. Everyone is welcoming, and they don’t compare or judge. It’s a comforting environment.

I have been a member here since day one when they first opened their doors as F45, and I am absolutely in love with Memphis Fitness Corporation! The community of amazing people here is unmatched. The coaches truly care about you, your form, and your personal accomplishments. Even the owner coaches classes and is just an excellent human being who genuinely invests in the members. You definitely have to put in the hard work, but the best part is that you are never alone while you are here. If you're looking for a place that supports you every step of the way, this is it!
