I'm new to CrossFit and my experience here has been incredibly positive. The environment is so encouraging, thanks to both the coaches and the other students. The class format is great -- an hour seems to go by so quickly (though my muscles might disagree with me on that)! As a newbie, Coach Damon takes the time to show me the movements and makes sure I'm comfortable doing them on my own. The music is also super energizing and fun. Firewall Fitness has really helped me rediscover my love for strength training. Highly recommend!

The coaches are all very well educated. Never felt like I was being challenged beyond my limit or at risk of injury. The facility is clean, well-maintained. The community is full of welcoming and non judge-mental people. They are inclusive to families with small children and throw kid friendly events (with really good chicken). I’d recommend to someone interested in getting into CrossFit.
