I’m having quite the procedures done here, and I cannot express how wonderful my experience has been thus far! I’ve had several dentists over the years and this dental practice is by far head & shoulders above any of my others! I highly recommend them! We recently changed dentists and my son went in for some fillings. He is 15 and on the spectrum, so I was expecting the usual unpleasant experience we've had before. I had explained to Dr. Draayer at the initial appointment some of the issues I was concerned about. They addressed these beyond my expectations.Dr. Draayer and his hygienist took their time with my son. Explained everything. They didn't lose patience with him or act like he was wasting their time when he asked questions or needed a break or reassurance. There was absolutely NO judgement or condescension. Usually my son spends these appointments holding my hand in a death grip. He squeezed my hand once this time. When we left, he told me that "this dentist wasn't so bad." That's high praise coming from him!!

Updating yet again.If I could give 10 stars here I would. This front office, dental staff, and the dentists are all wonderful!! They accommodated my crazy changing schedule today, provided superb care, and the kindness is A++.Here is an old review-Apologies for the long story but the history is important.My adult daughter has always had anxiety with the dentist. When she graduated from pediatric dental care to adult we were referred here and she has never been happier. She voluntarily makes and keeps her appointments to stay current on her dental health. I never would have imagined this. That's how great they were and then they out performed and blew our minds AGAIN.This week I was calling around because my grandma was told she need about $6,000 worth of dental work. Grand Avenue Dental was by far the most kind office staff, they got us in right away for a FREE consult and listened to all our concerns and questions. They went thru all the options and possible outcomes and came up with the perfect plan ,with my grandmother's health as the number one priority. Here is the kicker. Her new estimated total is $1,310!! She is SO happy 💝I have already sung their praises enough that I've got them 2 new customers in the last 24hrs. I hope they don't fill up too quickly but I'm happy that this will be a very successful team. a

I have really high anxiety to see the dentist. I took the leap and saw Dr. Draayer. They worked with me, helped me get over my fear, and my appointment went better than I had hoped. The hygienist who worked with me was patient and understanding, and made sure I was comfortable. For someone who hates seeing the dentist, I will be back. A big thank you to Grand Avenue Dental for a pleasant experience.
