Had a great experience at Central City BBQ. The brisket was tender, smoky, and full of flavor, and the Brussels sprouts were honestly a must-try — crispy, savory, and one of the best sides there. I got the brisket burnt ends plate which was $24 with Brussels sprouts and a side of fries for my 1 year old. It comes with one side and a piece of bread. My husband has already eaten here before but it was my first time. He wasn’t lying when he said the brussel sprouts were good! The brisket was very tender and had a lot of flavor! I barely even finished one bbq sauce because it simply didn’t need it! You can also see for $24 that you get your monies worth! My husband had to help me finish the last two! Also shout out to the bartender! She was really nice and welcoming!
