Incredible customer service! Everyone I have interacted with since last October when we had our old furnace serviced to this month ( March) getting a whole new furnace and AC unit installed. I appreciated how well they explain everything, them taking the time to come back to my house to help me set up our new thermostat and working around a sudden change in schedule. Highly recommend!

Our 15+ year old A/C needed replacing as well as a noisy heater, so we chose a heat pump system from 'Just in Time'. We could not be more pleased with the HVAC. The employees went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with the Bryant equipment and the first class installation.

We recently used Just In Time Heating for a recent upgrade of our traditional HVAC system to a Bryant Evolution heat pump. Just In Time gave us the best quote for an excellent product. Their installation was fabulous. We particularly loved that they had the right skills and licenses to perform all the work - HVAC plus electrical upgrades. Other vendors required us to arrange for the electrical upgrades separately at an additional cost. Colton was a pleasure to work with, keeping us informed of what to expect both before and during the work. He answered all our questions fully and to our satisfaction. And the system is working wonderfully in heat pump only mode including through the recent cold weather (low 20s overnight). We highly recommend the Bryant Evolution system and Just In Time Heating. And we're thrilled to be off our natural-gas based system!

I wanted to say that my experience with everyone at Just in Time was been great! When it came time to replace my system I call 6 different company to come out and give me a quote, two never even called me back and out of the other 4, only one other came close to the service that Just in Time showed me in checking out my units and understanding my needs. I was really impressed with Haden, he really took the time to look at the units, see how the system was working, honestly it really was not working at cooling or heating the house as it should have. He went up in my attic and than was under the house maping out my duct work. He listened to the issue I was having my old system and came up with a few ideas to better service my needs. He really went the extra mile! We really got a better understanding when we opened up the kick-plates under the kitchen & bathroom cabinets and found when the home was built they did not install a vent box to direct the air to the kick-plates, so for all these years the underneath of the cabinets have been getting all the air and not those spaces. Haden and the install team there fixed that issue with installing boxes and repairing the big gaps with the original duct that now I know how the mice got into the house. I wanted to say again what a great job Just In Time did!!!

The HVAC stopped working at my rental and Haden came out to repair it. He found only a minor problem, fixed it, cleaned everything and was on his way. My tenant remarked on how nice he was and that her dog liked him too. Haden came this week and did routine service on my HVAC and, as before, he was super nice, did his job and was on his way. Just in Time office staff is great as well. Payment was easy- online and no service charge for online payment. It cannot get any better than this. They are my forever HVAC company!

We had a chimney fixed up on the roof. Then our old pellet stove went out. I ordered a new one and had them install it for us. We had great service both times and the guys are friendly and very awesome to work with. I would highly recommend them and we will use them again when needed.

Got charged too much for refrigerant.Mike R. told me $65/lb was cheap. Turns out it goes for $13/lb from just about anywhere online.Don't buy freon from Just In Time.(This used to be a 2-star review)EDIT: someone came out and was very helpful about my A/C. I think his name was Justin. Actually welded the old thing up and got some more life out of it in a very timely manner, both cost-wise and the fact that it's lasted 4 more years so far. They deserved my amending of this review.

Just in Time sold and installed for us a complete mini split system in January this year. We love it and it's saving us utility money monthly. Recently the big unit wasn't performing up to its usual expectations. Called them and they were able to come fairly quickly. They came 3 times before they found that the unit was very dirty and causing the problems. They cleaned it, showing me what I needed to know to do it myself.They have always been polite, courteous and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone for HVAC issues or a new purchase. Thanks guys for your patience with my calls for help.

Had service work done here, Scott was very professional and brought with him the very latest in diagnostic hardware and with it gave us an accurate picture of the state of the AC system, a good cleaning was in order since it is an older home, and had not been serviced recently. no refrigerant needed, all in good order now, thank you Just in Time!

Super great service every time I have used them! They are my "go to" for all things heating and air. My old unit, that used R22. The compressor was proven to be compromised and had to be replaced. The best solution was to replace the entire unit and get the more efficient unit. They got it in a day before the weather turned really hot. "Justin Time!!! The unit is performing so much better that the old one. I am very satisfied!

Super happy with Just In Time. They came out to Winnemucca to replace our old furnace with new mini split heat pump units. These units are great- they heat when it's cold, and cool when it's warm. Staff were friendly, efficient, and cleaned up all the construction mess. I will definitely use Just In Time the next time I need help! Highly recommend.

My a/c unit went out in the beginning of August Needless to say I figured my family and I were simply going to melt in the heat!! My wife called Just in time heating and air and within 2 hours we had a crew working on it. They managed to band-aid it and get it working again, telling me it was shot and would probably not make it till the end of the month! Luckily we have a home warranty and so I got 3 bids from local contractors to replace the unit. Just in time was the lowest bid. I started working with Christy in the office to start the process of getting all the paperwork that the home warranty company needed in order to get the job completed. She was absolutely amazing!! Christy went above and beyond to help satisfy my home warranty company. (I don't know if any of you know how hard it is to get any money out of one of the home warranty outfits but it's like pulling teeth out of an enraged tigers mouth!) Every single person from just in time was simply a joy to work with! I don't usually take the time to write reviews but I had such an amazing experience with this company I knew I needed to share my own experience so other people in my shoes would know who to contact!
