I’ve stopped by this auto glass shop three separate times, arriving 8:00 waiting to 8:30 AM, ,but no one was ever there. Their posted business hours state they open at 8:00 AM, and I even called ahead each time to confirm. The only time I have available is between 8:00 and 9:30 AM because I work full-time. I was assured they’d be open, yet no one ever showed up. I drove 40 minutes each way expecting professional service, only to waste both time and gas. This business clearly doesn’t respect customers’ time or honor its own stated hours. Very frustrating and unprofessional. I won’t be returning. Less
