I returned to my home yesterday with absolutely no furnace on! 😩 Everything froze every pipe the toilets you name it I think it was like 15° inside my house . My husband had passed away so I have no person to consult with so I have to trust the people that I’m reaching out to without being taken advantage of which has happened numerous times! Advantage Air was able to squeeze us in before listing our home. We have a fuel oil furnace, and Chase, the tech, was clean professional, and communicated exactly what was needed. Although the furnace is 30 years old, it didn't need much other than a good deep cleaning and a new nozzle. Other companies may have started listing parts after parts for such an old unit, and maybe even pushed a new furnace all together. It was nice having an honest tech come to the house and clean and inspect the furnace. All tests were completed, and it passed! The quality of their work was great: no standing around for hours stuck on a problem or telling us they can’t figure it out so they’ll have to come back in a few days.The system they installed worked right the first time they turned it on. They nailed it!The quality was great, but there was something EXTRA that AA brought to the table during this installation: the willing attitude of their employees.I can’t say enough about Bryce and Chase. For each question and request, they helped us with a “can do” attitude.As most homeowners know, it is so helpful when a sub can help tackle those little extras that only take a few minutes. My dad's heat went out called Monday morning and they said they could get him in on Wednesday morning. He has a fuel oil furnace so getting a quick appointment is hard anywhere due to not many fuel oil techs. They called me back Monday night letting me know they made room to fit him in earlier Tuesday morning. Tech showed up on time and was great working with my dad and the barking dog that followed him around. Less

I had a water heater start leaking, and after another company twice failed to come when they said they would, I finally needed it done ASAP. On a Friday afternoon I stopped into Advantage Air to see if they would be able to fit me in. They were able to stop by in about 30 minutes to give me an estimate, and were there at 8am the following morning (Saturday) to install. I did of course have to pay the weekend labor rate but was happy they were able to get it done so quickly. I would definitely use them again. Less

Had a cold climate heat pump installed with gas furnace back up. First, I received 3 bids and Advantage Air had the best price without artificially lowering the price with rebates available. They were on time, removed the old oil furnace, installed system coordinating all required electrical work and did a great job explaining the new technology. They carry the best line of equipment for heat pumps, Mitsubishi. When the State finally gets the rebate plan in place, I will receive even more of the cost back. The new system has been up and running for 2 months and my energy costs for both heating and cooling are surprisingly small. Lower than I expected. Great experience! Less

I called Advantage Air on a Friday morning. I had been dealing with Comfort Systems for 3 weeks, trying to get my furnace damper repaired. Comfort Systems said my part was back ordered until March, and, oh well…Advantage Air was at my duplex by 9:30 and had the damper repaired by noon. My furnace now functioned properly and split the heat to the 2 apartments. I will definitely use Advantage Air in the future, and the price to fix my furnace problem was less than last month’s heating bill. Less

We wanted to install mini splits in our old house. We had several bids from other HVAC companies and Advantage was the most affordable, all of the bids included the same size/model equipment. Joe had some really great ideas on how to run/hide the many lines that other companies did not consider. This was a huge job, 5 heads and a 3.5 ton Condenser. The crew, Jesse and Bryce went right to work on the scheduled date and were great to work with, taking care to keeping me up to date on their progress and making sure the everything was installed properly and professionally, all the while keeping the work area clean. A couple years ago when the temperatures where only -20 my furnace went out. I called them at 1030 pm, joe was there within an hour, turns out the mother board was shot and needed new one. The next day they were there by 9am, it was joe again (not sure if he slept). Fast forward to October, I got joe there within an hour of calling for an estimate. They also worked with me financially on the diagnosis fee since they did not need to work on the unit but instead needed to just replace a part. Unfortunately I was not able to afford the part or get it fixed. Not their fault at all it was how the part was made (welded shut). Less

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company we choose the Amana unit and since using this unit it has saved us 200 dollars on average a month in our electric bill.
