I strongly recommend Advantage for your plumbing and HVAC needs. John in sales was great to work with - he was honest and forthright. As a former tech, he knew what he was talking about. The lady answering my calls was also great to work with, positively impacted the experience more than I would’ve expected. The tech was out, Christian, did a great job and communicated well.I’ve been with Summit than ASP for years. ASP’s computer systems have been a mess since the merger - every time I call them, they say they’ve never been to my place, no have no record of the work they’ve done. ASP gave me the hard sell, trying to talk me into a full boiler replacement despite saying nothing wrong with the boiler. I decided to stick with just replacing the water heater. The quote I got from ASP was a lot higher than expected, so I got two other quotes. Advantage was by far the lowest and the easiest to work with.I was especially impressed that the sales guy at Advantage, John, put in a lot of effort to work with Amtrol on making a warranty claim on my old Boilermate, even though they didn’t even install it themselves. ASP on the other hand, did install it, and put in no effort. The difference was night and day.Advantage has won me over - I will be calling them first in the future.

I had an emergency Sunday furnace outage. They arrived in less than an hour and got the problem resolved immediately. Absolutely the best. Chris Hopkins wasn’t even on call and stepped in to help! I’ve used a few companies, but they are the best!
