Very detailed pre-drywall inspection report. I particularly liked the included videos for each issue identified. Also, each issue includes the building code quoted that addresses that category. This is needed in order to push the builder to resolve the problem.

Mr. Silva was a wonderful inspector to work with. From the very start, he asked me if I had any questions and encouraged me to ask about anything that came up, or about the work he was doing as he went along. He thoroughly explained everything to me as well as showing me (physically) what he was referring to and the importance of it. I would recommend his services to anyone seeking a home inspection.
