Wanderson Silva from Dash Home Service came and performed a one year builder’s home warranty inspection. I can’t say enough how impressed my wife and I were with the details of the inspection. He is a courteous, professional and knowledgeable Inspector. I would, without hesitation, recommend his expertise to anyone looking to have their home inspected. I do regret not having the inspection process done during the build process as well. The final inspection report was exemplary and contained not only deficiencies, but recommendations, photos and videos in areas of concern. He also includes code standards where applicable. The inspector did a phenominal job. His attention to detail found a lot of issues in the new construction home im looking to buy and gave me the chance to make my decision with necessary information. He took the time to explain why a few of the issues he found were important and why the smaller more inconsequential ones should still be addressed.
