I have finally decided to try R1SE today and I will definitely be back! I had a very sore shoulder coming from muscle stifness and belly pain this morning so I decided to try the red light therapy. It was very relaxing and guess what? No belly pain at all! And my shoulder is much better.The whole space is tastefully decorated and all the people I have seen there had a very positive attitude, nothing was too much of a trouble. It could feel intimidating coming to a new space and trying something new but I felt very welcome and the staff made me feel at ease. Thank you! Less
