I have seen Dr. Kelly both in person and by phone. He is excellent at both. He takes time to really listen, and help you to consider all options. He is tireless at trying new medications until you find what really works for you, not just for most people. He also comes across a a genuinely nice man, who cares about you as a person, not just another patient.

Dr Kelly is an honest, kind, and intelligent doctor. His fees are up front and no funny business. He listens to the patient and their family and is willing to advocate. He is also open-minded and uses critical thinking, not institutional capture.

This practice is amazing! When our child's school was recommending our child be evaluated we were very skeptical. From the moment we made contact with Dr. Kelly's office our anxiety was relieved. The staff are extremely knowledgable and were really patient and took the time to answer our questions. We even got to meet with Dr. Kelly, basically to interview him, before scheduling our first appointment. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking mental healthcare. Not only have they really helped our child excel in school but have also been a tremendous support to us parents.

Dr. Kelly is simply the best psychiatrist I have ever seen. As a former therapist, I referred clients to many psychiatrists. Some were good at talk therapy, while others were typical “pad and pill” types. Dr. Kelly is excellent at both. He is calm and assured without exuding the superior attitude that, alas, is all too common. His support staff is excellent, and they are always quick to respond to a patient’s needs or requests.
