When my basement flooded, I called Healthy Homes along with a couple of other restoration companies. Caleb was incredibly understanding when I told him I wanted to wait because another company had already scheduled me. Unfortunately, that company never showed up. As soon as I called Caleb back, even though our area has been overwhelmed with water damage, he had his team at my house the very same day.Within about four hours, they had removed all of the damaged materials and carpet, and just three days later my basement was completely dry. What impressed me most was the care they took with my sentimental belongings. Instead of treating them as a loss, they carefully moved and positioned everything to give it the best chance of drying and being saved.Their pricing was unbeatable, and the entire team was attentive, responsive, and professional from start to finish. Healthy Homes was tremendous. Gary Brady was immediately out the afternoon of the day they were first called. His reconstruction team started on a Friday and totally reconstructed our basement including drywall, mudding, paint, and carpet totally in just a week with a highly professional and specialized team. Gary was always immediately responsive to all telephone calls and texts and followed up himself throughout the project. We are highly impressed with the superb customer service.Unfortunately we had another basement flooding now two years after my last review in 2024, this June 2026. This time I called Caleb immediately upon finding the basement flooding and he and his foreman Gannon were at our house within an hour with equipment to get rid of the water. They personally worked until all the water was gone until 12:30 Midnight and moved furniture to achieve the best possible outcome under the circumstances. They made sure we had plenty of dehumidifiers and fans to get the basement dry for the next several days. I would highly recommend Healthy Homes!

Recently used Healthy Home LLC for a Dryer Vent Cleaning. Our initial request took 3 days for a response. An appointment time t was made for the next day. Payton arrived early, and seemed knowledgeable and experienced.He was very easy to work with, and addressed our needs in about one hour.I would recommend Healthy Home LLc to anyone. Good experience!

After losing power from the tornadoes a couple months ago, I got some water in my crawl space and realized I’ve had an ongoing moisture problem for a long time. Bids from four contractors were either corporate owned and overselling/crazy expensive or much lower but only covering up the water issue instead of addressing it. I finally found Healthy Homes and Caleb worked with me to find a solution for a more reasonable price. The crew completely transformed my crawl space in 3 days. I had a couple minor things pop up right after that needed adjusted but Caleb addressed them right away. Communication was excellent from start to finish. The work was put to the test with the recent extremely heavy downpours and I was relieved to have a dry crawl space. I highly recommend!
