Absolutely wonderful experience. The drive was about an hour south of Killeen. My husband and I had very little experience with riding. Our guides were amazing! They allowed us time to get greet our horses and get adjusted, they explained everything perfectly and helped us mount the horses and get comfortable. Ruthie was there each step of the way to guide and readjust us as needed. She was very patient and answered all questions. The trail was beautiful, and there was plenty of photos taken by the staff of our ride so that we could just relax and focus on riding. If you are thinking of booking, do it! You will not regret it.

This is a stunning place and location. You will feel a deep connection to nature, and Curtis’ place just adds to the experience. The place was spotless and had all the amenities any family will need. Beautiful and walkable land offers something for everyone, from quiet walkways, family play areas, to more adventurous hiking trails for those seeking to have some fun—not to mention the horseback rides! Cannot wait to return!

My husband and I enjoyed our 9am ride; it was so peaceful, and the weather was perfect. Rocket and Smokey were easy to ride, and Ruth and Jackson were the perfect guides. Thank you; we will be back!

My husband and I took a group ride and had the best time! I had been nervous to ride a horse due to a previous incident years ago riding bareback and my experience at Brazos Bluffs was so redeeming. I loved the staff, the horses were magical and the views were breathtaking. We will be back! Thank you Brazos Bluff Ranch for an incredible experience!

This house in the woods is a perfect hideaway for a quiet weekend near Waco. We loved walking the trails and rocking in the chairs on the front porch. We stayed here for our daughter’s graduation from Baylor, and it was a great place to relax and have family time after the business of grad weekend. The hosts were easy to get ahold of when we needed them. For a house in the woods it was spotless. So clean and ready for guests!’ The beds were comfortable, too, and we slept great. Amenities were as listed, plenty of K-cups, and we had all we needed. Also loved the extra luggage racks and fans in the closet. Absolutely one of our favorite Air BnBs!!!

My wife and I did one of the sunset group rides during our anniversary trip. The guides were very nice and gave clear, helpful instructions before we began the ride. We even had first time riders in our group. The ride itself was very peaceful through the countryside with amazing views overlooking the river! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and fun evening in Waco!
