Fantastic environment with really supportive people. I wasn't very active prior to Findley. Easily bogged down with decision fatigue, working out on my own was a non starter. Since joining the community support has been a major help, the coaches are clear with their instructions and it makes the grueling workouts a lot more bearable.Since joining I've dropped 100 lbs and have started prepping for my first of hopefully many marathons. The community makes it special, as someone that finished last in or had to scale a lot in the start I had a more defeatist mindset. Often times I'd collapse right before the bell rang. Though having the others cheer and support when I was so close helped pull me out of the mindset and gave me the confidence to start stepping out more on my own during the workouts.

Truly the best gym! No need to be perfect or an expert here. All levels are welcome and will fit right in. I joined Findlay movement three years ago, and have not only been able to work on my health and fitness goals in a safe, welcoming environment, but have also gained a family. This place means so much to me, and community is everything.

Findlay Movement is an incredible community of people wanting to incorporate fitness goals into their lifelong plan for a healthy life! While it looks like the main focus is building a strong body to carry you forward as you age, the coaches also encourage you to think about your lifestyle as a whole. They offer a ton of community events that are well supported by friendly people! I'm part of a book club that switches between a fun fantasy book and a self help book every other month!

You receive a coach that will truly learn about how your body moves, your goals and help you achieve them. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or new to fitness, Findlay is a home to all.One thing I really love is how much the owners and coaches care about fostering an inviting community and welcoming culture. You won't find individuals who are intimidating, mean or judgemental. Everyone helps each other learn and they will be your biggest cheerleader. That's inside and outside the gym. 💚

As a senior man that works in construction it has always been critical that I maintain physical conditioning so I can continue to provide for my family. Of course, it gets harder with age. After a year working the program at Findlay Movement, I feel like for the first time in a long time I am actually reversing my physical age and greatly increasing mobility. I have been to a lot of clubs and had many skilled personal trainers but the people at FMFC are in another league. They have a long-term view and approach and I plan to be around with them for the distance.

It's rare to find a gym like this! The owners and trainers are the best and truly care about you, your goals, and helping you achieve the best version of yourself. From the initial call to join, the assessment and training period, to the first couple classes - the professionalism and personalization was superior to any fitness gym in the city. Couldn't recommend this place more!
