UPDATE 2026....It's now 2 yrs later since I had this wonderful Roofing Company coat my roof and needed another job done on a different roof. Josh immediately remembered who I was and said they would be out in a day! This family owned and operated company surely aim to please. I highly recommend these kind folks to always deliver whatever your need.************************************2024...Joe and Jeff from JKJohns came out within moments after BBB sent out my request to find a roofing company due to a leak during hurricane season in the summer of 2024. They got up on my roof and found the leak immediately and were kind enough to patch it until I decided to hire them for a complete roof coating. I hadn't even hired them yet. I thought that was very kind of them. We were right in the middle of of three hurricanes at the time. BBB sent out three requests for estimates and JK Johns was the first and the best estimate I got. I chose them for the job because they were quite professional and personable as well! They worked me into their busy schedule even between the hurricanes. It's a year later now and I have had no problems at all. I highly recommend JKJohns Roofing for any and all roofing services.

They were amazing! They gave me the best priced estimate for rescrewing my metal roof and sealing the areas of concern. They not only did that but went beyond and replaced some wood that was bad. They were prompt and finished in a prompt manner and they were so professional. I am so highly pleased and surprised at how great my metal roof looks and how secure I feel in knowing they’ve extended the life of my roof by at least 15 more years! I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs! The best!

JK Johns roofing was prompt in providing a reasonable repair quote for a roof leak over my garage via email and a follow up quote by mail to my home in Spring Hill fl. The repair was squeezed in between jobs to avoid further rain damage to my roof which was appreciated. The staff was responsive to my needs for a roof repair and i will use them again when it is time to replace my roof.

Had a leak in my lanai roof. They came and gave a fair estimate and fixed my leak. Even though they had to came back twice and brought extra people to diagnose the final bill was more than fair and I will recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work and will definitely call them again if I do!

Had a leak from in my 7-year old roof that was installed by another company. They sent a man the same day that I called. (I’m in Tampa and they are in Brooksville.) He was really thorough and the leak was fixed. I will use them when I replace my roof in upcoming years. Highly recommend.

Great experience with this company. They are local and family owned. Came out when they said they would. Good communication. They found a minor issue had been causing our leak issues. They repaired our roof and didn’t even charge us because it was very minor. Glad to know there are still good and honest companies out there. I would strongly recommend for our future roofing needs.
