This is a 2-year-old trailer 12K rating I thought I just had two bolts on the suspension that were missing. They informed me that this was a common problem on these trailers that the suspension sold with these trailers are not adequate to the weight rating. Then they showed me what the problem really was. They gave me a quote to replace all of the suspension parts on both sides of the trailer for an unbelievable price and had me out of there in 2 hours. Please look at these pictures this trailer is 2 years old I bought it brand new they sold it to me with suspension parts that should have been on a 4K trailer where I was hauling lawn mower items completely inadequate for a 12K trailer. They replaced it with all greasable joints and adequate suspension parts for this trailer and now it's better than when I bought it. Something to consider when buying a new trailer does the suspension parts match your weight of the axles in my case they did not and could have drastically put me in a dangerous situation if they did not catch the problem. I highly recommend their shop for not only educating me but their customer service was 10 Stars not five and their quote was better than I would have got anywhere else. Also did I say I was out of there within 2 hours. Unbelievable service highly highly recommend.

On a big camping trip from Michigan and we needed an oil change. Very last minute of the day he came to a rescue to not only do the oil change but check our tires. Todd and his team were wonderful.

Our rental car tires came grossly overfilled. The nice gentleman at prime checked all four tires and gave us four new stem caps (we had none), no charge! We tipped the mechanic $10. Nora from Detroit. 😁

They did an amazing job, super friendly and super fast at installing the hitch or our new Hyundai Santa Fe. In and out in 30 mins and looks perfect. Best price around too for the E-trailer hitch with install. Highly recommend!!

If I could give Todd Evan’s the owner of Prime tire and auto and his crew 10 stars I would.We were traveling from Bend Oregon to Arizona for our winter in a new to us Class A rv.Before we left we had all the brake components replaced and the wheel hubs serviced.In central Utah we were descending a fairly steep grade and I smelled something. I pulled over and it looked like our coach was on fire.We had a rear axle seal failure and the oil hit a hot brake rotor and created the smoke.After inspection I realized we needed a repair. Nearest significant town was St. George Utah. I called Blue Compass Rv and spoke with a very friendly man in the service department named Malin. I asked if they did that kind of repair on coaches like ours and he said that they refer that kind of work to a company who has the experience and facility to accommodate the repair. He gave me Todd’s direct phone number. Todd answered and said yes we can help you.We arrived later that day just before closing time and he quickly assessed what needed to be done the next day. They even let us spend the night in our RV on their lot!The next day we were treated like we were the only customers they had. Todd and his guys disassembled the rear hub and replaced the seal.We were out back on the road the same day.Todd really cares about making sure his work is thorough and complete. It’s difficult finding any shop that will work on these larger RV’s.He charged us a fair price and I will make sure everyone I know that might happen to need his services knows that his shop is staffed by competent, caring and very honest professionals.Thank you Prime Tire and auto, and especially the owner Todd!

We came in to get a few parts replaced/fixed, and we had no idea that when they gave us back the car they hadn’t had done anything to it. The only thing is some of the employees need to communicate. But we came back a few days after and everything done to the car was amazingly done! I really appreciate you guys!

Had low pressure sign for a couple of days. Put air in my self, but sign did not go away. Decided to serendipitously stop and ask (no appointment, before10:00 am on a random Thursday, just on my home from library).Mechanic (with large ring earnings, sorry didn't ask name), politely guided me to the first bay. Then and there-checked pressure/added air, sign is now off.What an act of kindness. I hope they all keep up this level of customer service. Thank you!

I recently had four new tires put on my camper, but unfortunately, the person who installed them stripped one of the lug nuts after going to discount tire they recommended prime tire and auto repair to re-thread my stud and replace the nut. I was on a cross-country trip and was worried about wasting a whole day of travel. They finished the job in 30 minutes. Were very friendly and very fair.
