The medical team at Code Med is professional, knowledgeable, and provide fantastic service. I saw caroline as my medical provider and was very impressed with her attention to detail, thoroughness, and medical knowledge. She really took the time and effort to make sure all my concerns were addressed and never made me felt rushed. I will definitely be coming back here for my primary care needs and will recommend them to friends and colleagues.

I had my annual check-up today at this Urgent Care office and had a really good experience. I used to have a primary care doctor, but I have not seen one in a while, so I usually rely on the yearly biometric bloodwork I get through my employer. I had my bloodwork done last week and brought those results with me to my appointment.Caroline Hau, FNP, was very thorough from the beginning. Before even starting the exam, she asked detailed questions about my health history, carefully reviewed my biometric results, and took the time to go over everything with me. She also did additional bloodwork right there in the office today, which made the visit even more helpful and convenient.What stood out most was that she did not rush me at all. She spent a good amount of time explaining what looked good, what I need to work on, and what I should stay on top of to keep my health on the right track. I really felt like she cared and wanted to make sure nothing was overlooked.The staff was also very friendly, and the office is conveniently located right off I-395 in Landmark Plaza in Alexandria, VA, with plenty of parking. I would definitely recommend Caroline Hau, FNP, and this office to anyone looking for a thorough annual check-up, especially if they do not currently have a primary care provider.

This place is amazing ! I did my preop bloodwork , and they were fast and efficient . It was so difficult to find an urgent care that will do clearance for surgery. The customer service is great! It’s super clean also!

Recently had a very fast and easy experience visiting Code Med. Waiting room is large and spotless, check-in was efficient and every staff member was professional and friendly. Lots of parking available. I would not hesitate to return here for any urgent care needs.
