I’ve been here twice and both times have been very enjoyable experiences. Everyone is helpful and eager to help you feel better. They will walk you through the different components of the IV drips to make sure you understand what you’re going to have placed into your body. Make sure to try the massage chairs, too!

Today was my 1st introductory visit at Prime IV. I was greeted upon arrival. I was explained all the features of membership, infusion types, drips and add-ons. Christa the front desk representative was very helpful, informative and an overall pleasure to work with. RN Alina was amazing. She walked me through the membership process, we reviewed my options thoroughly then we began the process. The decor is inviting and very relaxing. Alina took me to the VIP room to relax in an amazing massage chair with a heated massage eye mask. Alina checked on me throughout the experience. I purchased the membership and l am looking forward to my next IV treatment. Thanks again ladies for your help, support and professionalism. See next month.

I treated myself for Mother’s Day and got an IV with a friend. We chatted in the massage chairs while we dripped. It was amazing! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They explained everything well and made sure we were comfortable. I would pay just to relax in the massage chair! I felt hydrated and refreshed.

I came to Prime initially for IV hydration but found that they are what I needed all along. The whole process with Prime Suwanee has been simple and painless. I had a great experience this past Sunday with Prime IV. Christa at the front desk was friendly, professional, and made the entire process smooth and easy. The nurses Debi and Sam make you feel like they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. I really appreciated the amazing customer service and empathy with all my questions and concerns. I signed up for a membership as I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to enhance your health and mental well being!
