Barrett’s has been our number one water softener service for our home in Sandwich, IL There’s a reason why they have 5 Star Reviews. They actually care about the quality of your water supply and are very thorough. They tell you what you need and what you don’t. We had a previous system and Ryan had told us what we should do right away and what we could possibly get by before switching systems. Of course I should have listened right away, changed the system. They show up within the time frame they give you, and are very clean and professional. When we swapped systems, it wasn’t about making a sale, it was getting our water to safe levels for our family. If you stop at their office they are very warm and welcoming. You’re getting a family business who cares and earns your trust immediately. It feels rare these days if you ask me. If you are thinking about getting any water softeners, RO systems, drinking water, or have any water questions please give them a call. A+++++++ and if I could give 10 Stars I would!

5+ stars!! I requested an estimate and Tony came out right away and assessed the situation, explained in great detail the options I had and provided quotes for those options. The costs were very reasonable and I confirmed right away. They then scheduled the installation early the following week. Tony and Ryan did the entire installation in about 3 hours. Also gave me a comprehensive overview once the system was completed. A great team that were very professional, personable, and certainly well trained in their craft! I am so very pleased with their work and my new water treatment system. Highly recommend Barrett's--Tony & Ryan!
