5+ stars!! I requested an estimate and Tony came out right away and assessed the situation, explained in great detail the options I had and provided quotes for those options. The costs were very reasonable and I confirmed right away. They then scheduled the installation early the following week. Tony and Ryan did the entire installation in about 3 hours. Also gave me a comprehensive overview once the system was completed. A great team that were very professional, personable, and certainly well trained in their craft! I am so very pleased with their work and my new water treatment system. Highly recommend Barrett's--Tony & Ryan!

I rarely make reviews but my blood is boiling. We have rented from Barretts forever. We have paid our rent on time every month, never late. We have well water and it is full of iron. For years and this is my fault I would complain about our water. I was replacing water heaters and faucets. They would come out and do something and it would be okay for a while. I showed them my faucets and they did nothing. Finally, I had a couple of other services come out and I settled on another water softener service. I paid for perxiode from Barretts, which I probably didn't even need. The Barretts equipment that was removed from the house compared to the new equipments, looks like it is from the 1950s. I called Barretts to let them know that equipment was ready to be picked up and Alyssa was so rude. She let me know that if I didn't notify them of issues then how could they fix them. I have been notifying every one there for decades. Alyssa even told me that any leaks would cause the salt to be used so I had to fix leaks. I fix it and then the faucet would deteriorate again. I had a credit on my account for one months rent and unknown to me that became a notice charge. Wow. Alyssa, I did raise my voice because you were just going to disagree me and try to prove you were right no matter what. You should not be in customer service. I like John that delivered everything, he would always put everything in for me. I wish I would have severed ties long ago.

Working w/Barrett's was a pleasurable experience. Ryan, the installation technician, was on time , very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was able to answer all my questions thoroughly The installation looked great and I had soft water before he left. Everything was done in a very professional manner and work area was totally cleaned before he left. I would highly recommend Barrett's to my family and friends.
