Our family will forever be grateful to Nurses on Wheels Hospice for the exceptional care they provided to our Tio, Roberto “Bobo” Gonzalez Jr., during his final days.From the moment hospice became involved, their team was compassionate, attentive, and dependable. They checked on him frequently, made sure he was comfortable, answered our questions, and helped our family understand what to expect as his condition changed. During a time when we were scared and unsure of what was happening, having knowledgeable and caring people there to guide us meant more than we can express.What stood out most was the genuine compassion they showed our Tio. He was not simply another patient to them. They treated him with dignity, respect, kindness, and patience, while also caring for us as a family.Hospice care is something no family ever looks forward to needing, but when that time comes, having the right people beside you makes an incredible difference. I highly recommend Nurses on Wheels, they are professional, kind and caring. Supervisor Nora Martinez and RN Valeria were extremely helpful, caring and kind with my dad. My dad would always enjoy when the nurses would come to give him a bath because they would always make him laugh and he would make them laugh as well with the funny talks they would have with him.Thank you to the staff, Nurses, and nurse aides from Nurses on Wheels that were kind, gentle, caring and helped my dad to be calm and in peace with no pain til his final days.Thank you so much for everything and may god bless you all.

Well I just don't know where to start all the nurses are so professional and have so much empathy for my Tio, they always answer my calls and text messages right away. They show so much compassion its truly commendable to the greatest degree. Ms. Elena who comes to bathe him is the sweetest and kindest person and so gentle with my Tio. He really looks forward to seeing them on bath day. I'm very grateful to God first and to the services the nurses and nurse aides provide. It takes alot of compassion to do this kind of work and they all have displayed what's in their hearts.With all sincerity im truly grateful 🙏

Nurses on Wheels were referred to us at a perfect time. They visit with Us approximately 4-5 months before my Mom’s passing. They explained their program, and throughout those few months they were with Us every step of the way. They were empathetic, caring, gentle and careful with My Mom. They were thorough on their visits, and always spoke to Us in a way we understood. We will never be able to truly Thank them for all their help. On my Mom’s final days, they were there everyday, one night we called after midnight and the nurse responded by phone and arrived shortly after. It really helped to understand the process of Mom’s final days. Thank you to All the Nurses, Doctors and Staff for all You do for your patients and families. I highly recommend Nurses on Wheels. Supervisor Nora Martinez helped our family navigate a very difficult situation, and she was always just a call away. RN Valeria was extremely patient, kind, and always treated my grandmother with dignity and respect. Lastly, Chaplain Naomi Duran was very kind and prayed with my grandmother when she needed it.They have a great team, and I am very grateful they were able to help us.
