Since moving to Tucson a few months ago, I have used B&M Roofing several times for various repairs and projects. They have been responsive and reliable and did an outstanding job on the roof repairs and roof vent installations. Their front office staff is also outstanding, and I never had any issues with miscommunication.I am very picky and I ask a lot of questions when it comes to home repair, but B&M Roofing was always able to provide the answers I was seeking in a timely and courteous manner. I greatly appreciated their patience and understanding.I want to recognize Brent, Don Sr, and Isabella for the outstanding customer service they have provided. Thank you!Update August/September 2026: I discovered a roof leak in August after a heavy rainstorm (water stain on the ceiling). I called B&M and they sent Don Sr to my house a few days later. He got on the roof and found two possible areas from where the leak could have originated. Later that day, I received and signed the proposal for $1500 to repair the area of the roof identified during the inspection.The crew was at my house a week later, and after removing the tiles from a section of the roof, they found the exact area where the water was entering. They showed me photos of the damaged roof under the tiles and immediately began repairing it which took around two hours. Fortunately, the damage was contained within a much smaller area than noted in the proposal.As a result of the damage being contained in a smaller area than previously thought, B&M actually REDUCED the cost of the repair to $500. While they could have left the cost the same as the original proposal, their action of reducing my final repair cost clearly demonstrated their honesty and integrity towards their customers.I absolutely will continue to use their services as long as I own my house, and I hope you do too.
