Kory, Unlock Indy, provided timely, excellent service from start to finish. Kory made the time to ensure the replacement parts were of the highest quality and that everything fit precisely. He even took care of a long-standing issue with a storage door that had not been latching tightly, aligning it so it now closes properly.Kory was exceptionally professional, thorough, and considerate—he even vacuumed up the work area when he was finished. We could not have been more pleased with the experience and highly recommend. Kindly, Amora 💯💫🎼

Kory was an absolute treat to work with. He's the whole package: professional, fast, accommodating, friendly, and thorough! He went out of his way to re-arrange his schedule so we could get our locks rekeyed and stay in our new house after closing! He also took the time to explain how some of our different kinds of locks worked, what that actually meant, and what to be thinking about in terms of security and longevity of the lock/door-- exactly the kind of thing I was never going to think about on my own, but as a homeowner, am very glad to know. He'll be my go-to locksmith from here on out!

All the locks at my new home required rekeying by a locksmith professional I could trust. Turning to the web, I was bewildered by whom I should contact! I selected Kory Jensen's Unlock Indy and the choice was wise. It was easy to set up an appointment, Kory's communication with me was timely and concise, and Kory showed up at the time he promised. I can confidently recommend Unlock Indy to anyone needing locksmith services. My experience shows that Unlock Indy will not disappoint. For me, the high degree of professionalism and the efficient use of the time at my home was definitely worth the cost of the service.

Extremely communicative, prompt and diligent. Very personable and went above and beyond. He saw there was an issue with the door itself, took it upon himself to help fix it. More than what we could have asked for!

Kory was great to work with and gave me several options for function and aesthetics for my historic wooden doors. Quick to respond to my phone call (on a Sunday at that!) and came by first thing the next day to change my locks. Unlock Indy is a preferred vendor that was recommended by my real estate agent and I now know why! Will definitely be recommending them in the future!
