I engaged Future Flow Plumbing Services, operated by Jeremy in Point Cook, to undertake plumbing work. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the overall quality of the service and workmanship provided.In my experience, the work did not meet my expectations. There appeared to be issues with the initial estimates, which I found to be inaccurate. I was also concerned that the work was subcontracted, and unfortunately, the subcontractor did not appear to have the level of experience or expertise I expected for the job.Overall, based on my personal experience, I felt that more experience, better planning, and greater attention to accuracy and quality control were needed. I was disappointed with the outcome and would have expected a more professional standard of service and workmanship.

We had a leak in our roof which caused a stain on the ceiling of a bedroom. Jeremey was able to assess where the gap in our colourbond roof was then organised specialists to fix the gap and also a tradesman to repair the ceiling. He was professional, helpful and proactive.
