Tommy and the team at Emergency & Mold Specialists are absolutely phenomenal. I was initially referred to them by a trusted builder in town. Tommy was incredibly fast to respond to my initial call and his estimate was very reasonable. We needed a quick turnaround to meet a real estate closing deadline. His team was on site within 24 hours and completed the work to my (seller) and the buyer’s satisfaction. He also managed the 3rd party independent assessor and tester and clearly communicated with me throughout the entire process.It’s never fun or great news when you need this type of service, but I highly recommend Emergency & Mold Specialists to help you through it when you do.

My husband and I just bought a home which we have come to find out wasn’t maintained at all! One of the items not disclosed was a continuous hot water slab leak 8 feet under my dining room floor!! This NEVER would have been fixed without EMS and Mic!! Not to mention all the mold remediation that needed to done, which was done so professionally and staying on schedule!! They really deserve 10 stars not top 5!! Without them this house would never have been brought back to where it needed to be! I am beyond satisfied with their work and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I had the pleassure to work with EMS and Mr. Dence was the project manager that came to do the estimate. He was very detailed oriented, very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. He also saw other areas I didn't notice. Also their proposal was very detailed and fair in price.The company is also very fast in responding and replying messages and calls. Highly recommended.

We have used EMS for years and they have always been a perfect mix of professional and personal. We have used them for large jobs and small. The work is top notch. They make appointments and keep them. EMS is excellent at communicating all updates and progress on the project. They are on time and make sure that the workers are also on time. They are very considerate and will cater to my schedule. EMS was absolutely invaluable when we had an insurance claim.
