Our second time to Vero Beach and trying all the restaurants while visiting on business. Polo Steak and Sea definitely a must. Service (Karena - so efficient as serving in a busy restaurant - as she was tending the bar also). Food - Ribeye and Crab Cake - minimal fillers (all blue crab) served with remoulade to die for. And for a spectacular finish - Bourbon Bread Pudding- with white chocolate and caramel. The absolute best - chef’s creation we were told. Per my better half - “quite the selection of bourbon, whiskey”. Reservations accepted and should be scheduled during busy times ie spring break etc.
