Urs is our favorite server. He always makes our evening with his exceptional service. Of all the restaurants in Vero, Polo Steak & Sea has the best food and ambiance!

Had a great meal last night with visiting friends. Guest loves her Fillet mignon, and said it was done perfectly. Urs is a great server

Great delicious restaurant! They did not have a chicken dish in the menu, and when I asked in advance, they were very willing to accommodate. Great atmosphere, great service and great food! Outstanding!!!! Definitely is our go to restaurant!!!
