Stayed here LDW, what a great find especially if you have a dog. Cozy well appointed rooms, very nice pool area, great dog walk area, and centrally located(for our activities) the host Pamela is very quick with communication, and the brekkie area has a nice selection of quick grab items. Will be back yearly for sure.

We just finished a lovely stay with our pups! Our room was clean, modern, spacious, and cozy with a wide range of amenities we were not even expecting. Comfortable beds & thoughtful details....a definite must return!

Berkshire Valley Inn ended up being such a great find. It has all the charm you want from a Berkshires getaway, but with a level of care and polish that’s hard to find.LocationThe setting is beautiful - quiet, peaceful, surrounded by the mountains, and still super close to Williamstown. It’s easy to get into town for restaurants, museums, and exploring, then come back somewhere that feels completely tucked away. At night, it’s incredibly quiet and the stars were amazing.StaffThe staff were genuinely one of the best parts of the stay. Everyone was warm, thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly easy to deal with. You can tell the owner/operator really cares about the property and the guest experience, and that attention shows up in all the little things. Check-in is completely seamless - you get a detailed text with everything you need, so you can arrive and settle in on your own without having to coordinate with anyone. At the same time, if you need anything, she’s immediately available and happy to help. It feels effortless, personal, and very well cared for.PropertyThis was probably the biggest surprise. A lot of older inns in mountain areas can be charming but also feel dated or a little tired. This doesn’t. The renovation is beautifully done - fresh, high-end, comfortable, and modern without losing the character of the Berkshires. It feels like someone really thought through how to make the property better rather than just updating it cosmetically.Rooms + CleanlinessThe rooms were spotless and very well maintained. We had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and recently updated with tasteful, modern decor—I even saved a few design items to my Amazon cart while there! The mattress was so comfortable that we checked the brand name before leaving. Small details made a huge difference, from the well-thought-out in-room snacks to having streaming platforms available to wind down at night. The pool area was relaxing with comfortable seating, and the complimentary continental breakfast was welcoming with a nice selection. It’s clear the owner genuinely cares about her guests, and it truly shows. Highly recommend!

Lovely quaint old school motel that's been updated. It has the best of charm of old school motels. The owner and their staff are super friendly hand helpful. We had the largest 3 room suite with sitting room and kitchen. We had a lovely stay. Breakfast was lovely with local savory pastries. Also fruit, real juices, yogurt, quality teas and coffee. The bedding was very comfortable. If it was just my wife and I returning, we'd happily stay at one of the smaller rooms.

Simply put, Berkshire Valley Inn feels like home. Everything about our trip here was wonderful, from the welcoming staff, to the renovated rooms, to the fabulous breakfast, to the little details - we were truly impressed.The bed was super comfortable, the lighting was on point, the in-room snacks were delicious, the A/C worked perfectly, the shower was hot, and the bath products were lovely. We were always greeted with a smile, with every question answered immediately.We will absolutely be back.

Stayed at the Berkshire valley inn with my girlfriend and dog. The quality of the room and service was top notch. My dog loved the dog park and treats. It was really nice to stay at a place that was so dog friendly which made our vacation all the more enjoyable. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to the Berkshires.
