Generous and accommodating host. Clean comfortable room. Breakfast is included and delicious. Pamela makes her own gluten free and dairy free pumpkin bread. It’s bakery quality and so thoughtful.Close to cute towns and hiking at Mount greylock. Dog friend gets a treat bag, blanket and bowls. There are poop bag stations all around the property. You can tell a lot of thought was put into the comfort and convenience of guests.We made use of the firepit. All supplies were thought of. I would love to go back soon.

We had a lovely weekend getaway at the Berkshire Valley Inn! The room was clean and quiet and the beds were very comfortable. We were delighted that we could bring our dog and enjoy hiking at nearby Mt. Greylock. The dog park they have on site was great for getting some energy out of him each morning, and the view of the nearby (almost full foliage!) mountain was beautiful! We appreciated being close enough to activities and restaurants while still feeling tucked away in a nice quiet place.Pamela is also a wonderful host. She was onsite and readily available for any questions or help. The daily breakfast was such a nice bonus to start each day off on the right foot.I highly recommend BVI and hope we'll be back soon ourselves!

Another wonderful experience at the BVI. This was our 7th time staying there, and it never disappoints. This time we stayed in the apartment, and it was delightful. We had a spacious sitting area, a full kitchen, and a very comfy bed. We just love the charm and decor of all of the rooms, and everything is always immaculate. The breakfast is delicious in a lovely space with freshly baked items each day. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. We really love this inn and can't recommend it enough to those looking to visit the area. A true gem in the Berkshires!

My husband and I stayed at the BVI for two nights while attending our daughter’s wedding at a nearby venue. Communication was great with the owner before check-in explaining the use of the digital code and other details. We were pleased with the newly renovated motel room, the very comfortable bed and high end linens. The room was stocked with things you might need during your stay and plenty of snacks if you wanted. Breakfast in the morning was lovely, with items you can choose to be heated by the host, coffee and teas, and a yogurt bar. The common area was nicely decorated as well, and very inviting, including a little gift shop. We will definitely return should we pass through this gorgeous area of the Berkshires again in the future.
