Had my new lights installed today! The installers were prompt and professional. Helped install the app and walked me through how to use it. After they left, I forgot everything and after an email comment that I couldn't remember how to turn them on and off, I received a phone call and a one on one tutorial on how to program, change and create! The manager Will is very rude and disrespectful. My lights were due to be installed on December 3rd, after calling the office for 2 weeks and no response or update he informed me that they were behind due to a zoo project. I asked for a refund, and he hung up in my face. I would NEVER do business with this company in the future or recommend them to anyone. She loved looking at her trees lit up, so I continued the service yearly. When Covid struck and we were all locked in, I reached out to Lightsup to turn on her tree lights to raise her spirits. Even though it wasn't the holiday season, Lightsup responded quickly and she continued to turn her lights on as a beacon of hope until the mask mandates were lifted. And this summer, when we had to bring her home from the hospital to order hospice care, Lightsup returned to get her lights on for her final days. If you're thinking of putting up holiday lights on your house look no further. I would highly recommend LIGHTSUP ! They use a product called TRIMLIGHT. These lights are permanently installed on the eaves so there is no more ladder climbing. They can be programmed for any holiday colors or use their preset colors. Their staff was wonderful to work with from Will, the estimator, Jimmy the installer, Josh the IT person and the young lady who answers the phones. We love the lights and so do our neighbors!! Less

I would recommend these folks without hesitation. They did this weird thing that a lot of companies don’t do anymore, they showed up when they said they would and they did what they promised to do, weird right? September 22, 2022 received an estimate from you. I asked follow up question on what “trim lights” meant. Heard from no one and sent another email. October 6, 2022 received email from you apologizing for the “delayed response” Asked if someone could come out to answer questions and see your product. Exchanged multiple texts with Hans, Nicole or someone to come out after 4. Couldn’t do it. Received voicemail from Nicole on Thursday of last week that was 29 seconds in length stating “she noticed my review and wanted to go over it and send someone out now” I responded saying I was willing to change my review if someone came out and you guys were able to do it” Never heard back. Would you like copies of the emails, texts or voicemails? Sounds like top notch customer service to me! Avoid this company at all costs. Complete rip off! Worse customer service ever!!! Less
