If you're looking for a realtor that knows the market & how to write a winning offer on a home- Tom's your guy. He'll give you his honest advice but always leaves the ultimate decision up to you. Even after the offer was closed, he was available to answer my questions and communicate with the seller/sellers agent when I needed him to.

For those of you looking for a realtor, you cannot go wrong with Tom! He came in with an expected value, gave us a schedule that he met (we had Purchase Agreement within 10 days of listing that exceeded listing price) and he helped manage the unexpected issues that came up along the way when you sell.
