Joe has been helping us for 2 years. Yes 2 years! He stayed committed with us throughout the whole two years and never gave up on us. He stayed in contact and let us know what we needed to do during those two years when it came to my husband and I finally purchasing our home. Once we got where we needed to be he was in contact with us and helped us every single step of the way. He was knowledgeable and never told us anything if it wasn’t what it was. Purchasing our first home was very confusing and some things we just wasn’t sure of and he made sure we understood and communicated with us through out the whole process. Simply put, I was referred to Joe by my brother who had just bought a house and used Joe's team. He stated, "you gotta call my guy...he's the best". Of course, I think 'yeah ok...everybody's got A GUY'. My credit was terrible and I had never been Pre-Approved for a house before after trying for over a year. I tried multiple lenders and it was always the same story. Well, I called Joe and gave him all the information he needed. Not only did we get Pre-Approved, but he used a system that helped my credit. He simulated different scenarios on what it would be if paid off different items. Needless to say, my review of Joe and his team is top notch. We closed on our new house yesterday and I am now officially a home owner. When I started this process, I was skeptical....but Joe and his team has made me a believer. Also-- as a side note....the customer service is THE BEST. It was Joe pulling the strings, however, I had a entire team working on my case. Santino and Jason (in addition to Joe) were all working my portfolio from different angles. It was amazing! These guys know what they are doing and I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home.

It all started about 10-2018 With Mortgage first could never talk with loan officer emailed 8 times of different documents they said the never got them, got the biggest frigin round around they would never follow up, even with the seller same problems .
