I initially decided to work with Andy because I was desperately trying to find a physical therapist before an upcoming race. I didn’t know anyone personally, so I asked a friend, Ryan, if he had any recommendations, and he suggested Andy. Even though I didn’t know Andy or much about his practice at the time, I took a leap of faith, and it ended up being one of the best decisions I could have made. One of the biggest green flags for me early on was that Andy never pushed temporary fixes like massages or dry needling. Instead, he focused on actually addressing the root of the problem. What surprised me most about working with Andy was how above and beyond he went in every aspect. He is not your typical PT at all. His sessions were extremely hands-on, and he was always able to demo every exercise clearly. He took the time to explain exactly what we were doing and why, which made me feel confident and invested in the process. All of my exercises were uploaded into an app, which was a game changer because I didn’t have to rely solely on appointments to make progress. It made it easy to stay consistent and fully buy into the rehab process.Andy was also incredibly accommodating with my chaotic schedule. He constantly checked in—before workouts, during, and even after—asking for feedback so he could continue adjusting things to improve my mobility and strength. The most impressive part was how fast my symptoms improved. I went from two weeks of extreme discomfort while running to being completely pain-free in a very short amount of time. Unlike most PTs, Andy actually encouraged me to keep running rather than shutting it down completely, which made a huge difference both physically and mentally.By following his protocol, programming, and exercises, I was not only able to stay healthy but also PR my half marathon time, which says everything about how effective his approach is. On top of all that, he even threw in a sauna house pass to help with recovery and soreness, which just shows how much he genuinely cares about his clients. Andy is incredibly knowledgeable, intentional, and passionate about his work. I truly can’t say enough good things about him, and I would recommend him to anyone dealing with chronic pain, discomfort, or wanting to move and perform better overall
