Carolina Health and Wellness took my credit card information for a telehealth booking and then never completed the consultation. At first, I thought they were running late, but one, then two days after never followed through after we book online, had a follow-up email confirmation. I emailed them twice and called and they never responded. But they made sure to call to get the credit card information before never doing their end of the bargain. Very, very unprofessional. It was supposed to be with a Dr. DeVolld.
