Amazing food and wonderful vibe!The atmosphere here is very calming and carries an authentic Indian vibe that makes for a great dining experience. The waiters were exceptionally welcoming and attentive. As for the food, both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian options were fantastic—everything tasted great and came in good portions. This is easily some of the best Indian food we have ever had!

Anytime we have a special occasion we choose to spend it at Saffron. The food is truly delicious, the staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The decor is stunning! Very elegant. Easy parking,Highly recommend!

We stopped by to do a food review for my YouTube channels DIY taste and travel and Lelita’s Cuban kitchen. We had a lovely time there. The food was excellent, very flavorful, colorful and the staff was lovely. My favorite dish was the chili chicken with the Garlic Naan, and I absolutely loved the Mango Lassi drink. All of desserts were yummy but my favorite was the Gulab Jamun was out of this world. I’d give this restaurant a 5 star overall. I’d definitely be coming back & I’d recommend this restaurant to friends and family. To the boss Tony & waitresses thank you for treating us like Queens.

We have been eating at Saffron ever since it opened in Middletown years ago. As lovers of Indian cuisine, we greatly enjoy every item we try. COMPLETELY EXCELLENT: Easy parking. Beautiful place. Airy light incense smell, nice when we walked in. Crispy Papadum brought out promptly takes the edge off the hunger. Gobi Manchurian cauliflower appetizer was delish and enjoyed. Channa masala with rice was delish and always makes me happy. Kashmiri naan is my favorite. Wife was satisfied with lamb. Pina colada was tasty. Spice was perfect. Service was perfect. Beautiful ambiance, see the pictures.We enjoyed this restaurant.Will be happy to return.Can I get a click?

Really like the new look. They even have live music now on the weekends!!! The lamb curry is still my go to dish with the Bombay Calamari. The service and food are excellent! Love coming here for a family dinner.
