Really like the new look. They even have live music now on the weekends!!! The lamb curry is still my go to dish with the Bombay Calamari. The service and food are excellent! Love coming here for a family dinner.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Saffron in Middletown, NY. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was attentive without being intrusive.I ordered the dosa, and it was outstanding—perfectly crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and served with flavorful sambar and chutneys that really elevated every bite. You can tell care and authenticity go into the preparation.What truly made the evening special was how accommodating the kitchen was. My wife asked about a mango paneer dish, and they graciously prepared it just for her—even though it wasn’t on the menu. It was beautifully balanced, with a rich, slightly sweet mango flavor that paired perfectly with the paneer.It’s rare to find a place that combines great food, genuine hospitality, and a willingness to go the extra mile for their guests. Saffron delivered on all fronts. We’ll absolutely be back.

Great food, came out still hot despite being busy, 10 out of ten. Chef's kiss! Everyone was very nice and accommodating when we came in with out 8 month old. The food was absolutletly delicious. This is not our first time here, and it certainly won't be our last. Every visit is better and better. The live music was a nice addition to a wonderful meal.
