Had a problem with our brand new Tommy B/Lexington media console sliding door and called my sales person, sent me to repair department, they made appointment for a Tuesday and came out promptly and on time, a simple adjustment on the door track was needed possibly done during shipping. Their repair man Sean was fantastic, polite, and very helpful, and did the needed repairs quickly, with no alterations or cutting! Our new unit matches our other Tommy furniture also purchased from Bacons. Pleased so far.

It would have been 5 stars however we were told that they would have the brackets to mount our headboard to our new motion platform, on the truck and they did not. We will need to come up with something on our own and have to move a king-size bed on our own.

We had an ssue with some type of indent marks on one arm of our chair, I called our salesman and he had someone come out within 2 daysService technician was great he noticed that something when being assembled had stuck to fabric. He fixed it and looks perfect.
