She really spent time building the relationship and asking a lot of questions about what we were looking for in regards to style and size and finish and at the end of our conversation we had special ordered two Pallisar leather love seats that were custom fabricated for our new home. We just received delivery today and Chris and Tristan were very meticulous about handling the furniture, unwrapping it and placing it exactly where we wanted it in our living room. Bacon’s furniture exceeded our expectations and their staff are experienced. skilled, and customer service oriented! Five stars plus!

Shane did an excellent job replacing the controller for the recliner end seat on my slate gray sectional sofa. The silver plate was missing when i purchased the sofa 3 years ago and Shane noticed there was not a silver plate around the plate like the other end of the couch in the photos. If this can be replaced so this is the same way I would truly appreciate it. Many thanks!‼️

The purchasing process was great and the delivery guys were awesome. However I was told we would get our furniture in early July which didn’t happen and no one ever communicated with us regarding the delay. I had to contact the store to get it moving.
