North Strong is the most welcoming, inclusive, fun crossfit box I’ve ever been to! My husband and I move a lot for work, so I’ve tried many different CrossFit boxes, and I can tell you by far Zack has created an amazing place to come and workout! Community is amazing! I love this place so much! Coaches are so friendly and nice, making working out so enjoyable and easy! Can’t recommend this place enough!

I highly recommend NorthStrong to anyone who is looking for a fun, welcoming community and great coaching! I was new to CrossFit and recovering from an injury when I joined a year ago. I knew I needed help with strength training and the coaches are really good at guiding you to appropriate scaling and challenge. Now I’m stronger than ever and I actually enjoy going to the gym!

Google doesnt allow a 6/5 stars so i woll drop them here ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Anyways, I dropped in to have my 2026 Quarter finals #4 workout judged for submission. The owner Zach was responsive and accommodated the request same day of my inquiry which many gyms could not do. Their facility is such an awesome, dog friendly atmosphere that is all inclusive. Zach is a very personable individual who truly cares about the community environment he provides, and made me feel very welcomed. The coaches who were there also were friendly, supportive, and made you feel at home. Ill certainly be making my way back in to this facility after all of my studies in the future to train here when i work downtown to make an easy drive over after work. Love the fact they use WOD wax on their gymnastics bars for some nice grip (for those curious about their rigs). This will be the first gym on my list to contact when transitioning to a new affiliate.

Popped in for a drop in class while I was in town after getting some less welcoming vibes from some other cross-fit spaces. I'm still new to cross-fit and the coach Jesus was super nice and helped me a lot with my form. I had a great work out and look forward to coming back in whenever I'm back in Minneapolis to see family.

Best CrossFit gym in Minneapolis! The gym space is pristine and offers plenty of room for large classes to still have their own space and equipment. The workouts are challenging but coaches offer great scaling options to make it approachable for everyone. Zach is super friendly and has a great sense of humor, makes class so fun!
