Thanks Phil. When my furnace died late into the evening on the coldest week this season. I called Phil and he was willing to come to the house within 30 mins. I opt'd to have him come first thing in the morning. His assessment on my 27 year old furnace was a solution he advised against, as that may not have been safe for my family or for long-term. He provided a new HVAC solution and installed it within 24 hours. Phil and his team were prompt, courteous, clean, and installation looked perfect, level, an accessible. Phil has contacted me several times since the install to ensure all is working as needed. We’ve had them come out to every house we’ve lived in! First our basement flooded and the furnace light went out and was having issues reigniting. Of course this happened during the winter, they came immediately and advised us to open windows due to carbon monoxide from us attempting to start it and then they fixed the issue and had the heat up and running in less than an hour! And all for a reasonable fee! Our next house had a furnace with a faulty part (didn’t know) and it was January and freezing, they came over promptly and let us know the issue. Phil was able to give us a temporary fix until the new part came in. New part took a couple days (it was a holiday), they showed up on time, replaced the part again in under an hour and a better price than all the companies around!! I will continue to shout from the mountains to use them for your HVAC services! There are so many scammers and sketchy HVAC people out there now a days, and this company comes through EVERY TIME!
