I came in for therapy after a very serious ankle fracture that required surgery. I was very scared that I would never walk normally again. After consultation with Eric, he developed a realustic and doable plan and we set to work. Each exercise session built upon the previous and each time I verbalized anything I felt needed work or any issue I was encountering, Eric would switch up the routine. In just over a month, I could not be happier with my results. I am walking without a limp, I am able to use the stairs, I have hardly any swelling, and nerve pain is under control. My legs are more strong and stable than at any point in my life! Everyone at the clinic is kind and very helpful. I highly recommend Altamont Physical Therapy.

Erik diagnosed my shoulder problem just by feeling the shoulder area. His diagnosis was later confirmed by MRI. The exercises were almost accompanied by an explanation.
