I was previously talking to Mitchell when I was looking at selling my property in Cape Sound, prior to him moving to Azure Buyers Agents. As i already had a good rapport with Mitchell, I contacted him and decided to go with Azure Buyers Agents to assist me.They organized a meeting to understand my requirements for my new home.From there they just ran with it.They sent out a portfolio to Agents in Melbourne with my wish list.They inspected houses prior to recommending them to me. Only recommending those they believed worthwhile. I couldn't be more satisfied with Matt and his team. Very professional and very competent. There was only one property I really liked in the location I wanted to move to. It was uncommon and hard to value, with no comparable sales in the past year or two. Matt used his experience and contacts to work out a reasonable estimate. And he established clear communication with the selling agent. Then when the vendor's statement became available, Matt's strategy regarding timing and offers won the battle and he ensured that I ended up with the property. I've bought and sold property before, but he saved me $10k just on the day of the offers, pitching a winning counter-counter offer when I might have accepted what was on the table. And he saved me at least another $20k to $40k by being able to value a hard to value property and pitch offers in the right range. Very happy, and looking forward to a property I will love.
