I spent my first year on the Southern Gold Coast trying different CrossFit gyms before finding Train Humbl. The search ended pretty quickly after that.There may be more hardcore gyms out there, but none that balance great coaching, challenging programming, and an incredible community like Train Humbl. It’s one of those rare places that feels like home from the moment you walk in.18 months later, I still wouldn’t train anywhere else.

Hannah and Theo are the best! I’ve been in the city just for a couple of weeks before I head back home, and they have helped me so much to start my routine with energy and confidence! It’s for all leves, all kind of people and you won’t feel judged or rushed. Love the energy around, thanks for making sport something fun and so rewarding! dropped in for a coupla sessions whilst on vacation. felt warmly welcomed by the coaches and owners (didn't knew they were till after we left). you could really feel the ethos of the gym (to "train humble") coming through from it's members and the way they approach training. it's definitely a great place to train where everyone is comfortable lifting at their own weight and ability, unlike some other gyms where ego lifts are encouraged. would definitely visit the gym if we're back in the coast! thank you hannah and theo!

I cannot recommend HUMBL enough. The coaches and members are so welcoming, and the community is elite. Every single time I train, I’m shook at how nice everyone is! The coaches know their stuff, the programming is awesome, and they push you to progress in all the right ways. I tried many gyms when I moved to the Goldy and none were as good as HUMBL. The class times are also the best as there’s so many options! So, if you’re a beginner or advanced, you’ll find a home here (and some new friends).

Had the best experience visiting HUMBL to train at during a brief holiday up in Burleigh. Theo & Hannah were so generous and accomodating and made me feel super welcome and at ease. Will certainly be back the next time I’m up that way. Highly recommended!!!

I love the vibes, love the fact that everyone is smiley, happy and Hannah is a great owner and person! She comes and gives you a hug as soon as she sees you.When I first started coming I had just signed off my membership in another gym.Hannah was super helpful and I was only scheduled for payment once my other membership had finished.
