Once again, Ken from Pro-Cleaners did a great job cleaning my carpets, stairs and rugs today. We keep calling him back because of the meticulous job he does. He is prompt and professional. This is probably the 8th time we've used Ken's services.He was able to get some old paint drips off of a carpet and dirt streaks out of our stairs that we weren't able to clean ourselves. We like to have him professionally clean every year so that the dirt doesn't build up on carpets and upholstery.He checked the material on the furniture and rugs that I was asking him to clean, and he talked to me about the pieces' history to make sure that he could get the stains out that I hadn't been able to remove. If you have a stain, tell him what it is in advance because he has special products at his shop that he doesn't always have with him in his truck (because of the cold or hot weather -- not good for some products).He always takes a great deal of time and care to make sure that everything is very clean. We'll continue to use Pro-Cleaners every year to keep our carpets in great shape.

Extremely pleased with end result. Area rugs and wall to wall carpets amazingly revitalized. Estimate given and Ken clearly explained the process which didn't saturate the rugs but thoroughly cleaned them. Bonded and insured, he's very detail oriented and will explain any nasty spots. His many years of experience assured me that the carpets would look great. He's not inexpensive, but we'll worth the cost.
