We have a 1900 Victorian that was in need of exterior paint. We collected four estimates during the process. Rozell was not the lowest bid, but I'm a firm believer in "you get what you pay for". George was prompt with his estimate, met with both me and my wife, walked the property, and gave us detailed options.The installation side of the project was PERFECT. We were given a window FOUR months in advance and then as the date moved closer, communication on actual start date was clear and within a day of target date. Rozell's employees arrived promptly at the start of the project, walked the job again with us, and asked about our concerns. At the completion of the job, we walked the project, had VERY few touchups which were addressed immediately.Overall, we've brought our home exterior back to life and are happy to 100% recommend George, Mike, and all the workers to anyone with a challenging opportunity for them. Our house looks amazing and we are glad to have partnered with Rozell Painting!

George is the man! We have an 1850’s Erie Canal home in Vischer Ferry that is having issues with bubbling paint. Even though he is currently booked solid, he came over to check out our issues, give me advice as to how to fix/manage it on our own, and gave me a heck of an education on painting. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and the quote he gave us, if we were to hire him when his schedule allowed, was fair as can be.

These guys are simply the best. True professionals. We had them paint our entire first floor (about 1000 sq ft of living space). 4 rooms, 5 doors, 10 windowsills, radiators, walls/ceilings, trim, everything. Project was completed in a day and a half. Minimal disruption. 2/3 coats everywhere. Everything turned out absolutely perfect. They did a drywall repair as well and a room of 2-layer wallpaper removal. Can't tell any of it was ever there now. Communication was excellent. Job was finished exactly as promised. We will be using them again in the future. This same job would have taken us weeks if not months. Our results would have been C+. These guys left us with A+ in a day and a half.

It is so rare that a contractor exhibits real old school professionalism. From the first meeting with George going over our options to the last day cleaning up.We had our living room/ dining room, kitchen, & hallway done. Every issue you can think of was in our home. Pealing ceiling paint, old wallpaper, borders (remember borders?) holes, scratched moldings… everything. It is like a new home!!!The crew was punctual and very efficient. They cleaned up every day! At the end there was a misunderstanding about the interior doors, no problem! Without hesitation they changed the color. That’s the kind of painter/ contractor you want to hire.

The workers from Rozell Painting did an excellent job for us this week. They painted 2 bedrooms (Benjamin Moore Chocolate Mousse), closets (white), ceilings, all the trim, and the laundry room. Everything was done exactly as requested and very quickly (earlier than promised). There were no drips or messes, they cleaned up everything, and the paint job is perfect. Everyone on their team is professional and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend their work and will hire them again when we need more painting.

George's crew have just finished repainting our large (3300 sq. ft. plus detached 2-car garage) 1950s house. They did a wonderful job of scraping, sanding, priming, and finishing with 2 coats of paint. We had them do our front and back decks. They did an awesome job! They power-washed, sanded and stained them. The team was very professional, very neat and left no mess behind. Our neighbor saw their work and also hired them to stain their back deck. I would totally recommend them.
