We recently had our existing resin flooring redone by the team at Granicrete and couldn’t be happier with the results. The existing floor was 15 years old and had started to became brittle and was very dark. We wanted to redo the floor in a lighter colour that would brighten the space and Don shared the vision and made it happen. The end result is a floor that looks light and adds a totally new warmth to our home. The team were amazing, doing fantastic protection work prior to starting the job and keeping us updated along the way. Two weeks of work and we couldn’t be happier. I contacted Granicrete Australia to transform the tired concrete floor in my garage.My experience dealing with the company was positive from the outset.Vidhi was very helpful explaining the process and showed me samples when I visited the head office in Keilor East. Her communication was excellent leading up to the job and she was always accessible.Don, the owner, visited the site and I was impressed by his knowledge and experience. His advice to mitigate water entering the garage was appreciated, and acted on. Clear coat hasn't stopped peeling, the floors scratched so easily. Owner said he would contact husband back to help fix but never did. These floors are throughout my whole house, we have to look at them each day. There isn't a floor in the house that hasn't peeled and is scratched throughout - it didn't harden properly according to other professionals that have been out since. Don admitted he had this issue with the product he used and has since switched suppliers as it happened in a large scale factory job he did. We deserve a refund at minimum as now we would have to relocate all our furniture, move out for the process of the floor being re-done and a professionalcleaner to clean all the dust from sanding back. He claimed a 7 year warranty when we chose him for the job and there's been radio silence.

An awesome Experience. My garage had been extended and the concrete floor looked like a dog's breakfast. I searched for a flooring solutions company and found #Granicrete #Polishedconcrete Melbourne.My first contact was Vidhi - the administration person who is precise, efficient and patient. I had concerns about the floor surfaces so she sent the owner Don to inspect. He looked at everything and came up with a solution no other company considered.I had 2 options - a cheaper more standard finish or a full renovation of the surface. I took the renovation.Don sent out his main man - Rowan - a great bloke - methodical professional and friendly. He worked for a week getting thins right and the result is amazing.I now have a smooth and level epoxy garage floor with minimal joints.Highly recommended

I have used Granicrete in the past and have just used them on a large commercial job for a tricky blending of old and new concrete floor integration. I can now admit, after the job is finished, that I was concerned about the finished product. Don and his excellent crew members to an absolutely great professional job. They had to deal with tight time constraints and did not shortcut the finish. Everyone, Owner and Tenant, were ecstatic about the finish and how good it all come together.Have absolutely no hesitation in recommending these guys to anyone. You might find cheaper but you wont find better!! The finish that you see for 10 years is not the place to try and save money. Many Thanks to Don and all the boys, especially Rohan.

Very good pricing and definitely a case of over delivering. I specified a few areas that didn't need work done since those areas aren't exposed to the outside usually and I figured why bother? Granicrete were very quick to come for a quote, receive money and lay the epoxy. Come 6 months later we saw lifting and tried to get them to come out and review. It took us 18months for Don to come out. He said it can be repaired half a days work. We are yet to see them. Very disappointed with service.

Hi don, i will change the one star review, after a few phone call however Granicrete has quoted on repairing , however it is cheaper to replace all of our concrete with new concrete. i find it hard to believe it would cost 3 times the price, we had issues with the initial work, however it did look great when first done, i realise you have a 7 year Guarantee but how can repairs and re coating be so expensive? your quote for this was pushing close to $250 a Sqm ,
