I don't usually waste my time writing reviews but i feel compelled due to the quality of work i received from this awesome LOCAL down to earth company! Element Construction provided a truly amazing experience from start to finish. I truly appreciate a company that values it's customers and with element construction this is no doubt the case. I called on a Thursday with a request to remove a wall connecting my dining room and kitchen. The owner personally gave me a very reasonable qoute over the phone and was very effecient with providing me with feedback on his availability. The work was started that next Saturday do only to my own personal inability to meet a sooner timeline due to prior arrangements. Not only did the element crew show up ready to work, but they were very courteous to my children, and took special care to ensure they did not damage my home with their tools, and equipment. The job was 98% finished in 1 day! These men worked dilligualantly ensuring every detail was done with care. The other 2% (paint touch ups) were completed on a Sunday, simply because the guys at element wanted to finish the Job. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my decision to hire element construction to do my work, and will not only have them back for future work, but will recommend them to all friends and family that need work done. We asked him to construct an add-on wooden deck to our existing stone patio and wooden platform decks that were connected to our stone patio. Zach worked up an estimate that was fair and competitive. We chose to go ahead with the project. Zach explained his timeline on when he would be able to begin; he was able to begin working a little sooner than he originally stated, and when he and his crew came out they were in and out in three days. The crew were efficient, professional, friendly, and kept the area they were working in tidy and cleaned as they worked. When they left, there was no evidence of nails, wood cuttings, or debris. They cleaned up after themselves quite nicely. It was such a pleasure doing business with Zach that we decided to ask him to work up an estimate for two more projects. I prefer to keep my money local with small business owners. Zach is able to give home-town service to his community. I highly recommend his wide range of services and I very much look forward to having him work on at least one of the two other projects we have asked him to provide an estimate for. His price for the larger project was detailed and more than fair.
