Don’t know what I did to deform the band, but it was bad. Took it in and asked to have it fixed. Slight miscommunication, first round, had the fix completed round two. Romantique Jewelers has a very helpful staff with great customer service I recently purchased a Hamilton jazz master open heart on vacation and had it shipped back home. Upon arrival I realized the watch did not fit. The band was to small. I called all over trying to find someone to help me find a replacement band and they were very quick to help me and they were very knowledgeable. After a short conversation they had already found the correct band and ordered it. The best part is it came in less than a week and they were able to get everything switched over for me.
