George was great to work with and very knowledgeable! He offered great advice, incentives and wasn't pushy.I gave this a 4 star because delivery is represented separately at Southwest since they contract out the delivery. The delivery could've been better. They said we'd get a text when delivery was 30 minutes out, but we did not receive the text. They quickly showed us the smart panel, but never reviewed features, smart hub app or enabled features/wifi. The tub needs to be drained every 6 months or so, but never showed us how to take off the panel and drain when it covers time. The 2 men consistently asked for bottles of water (which I absolutely provided to them), but typically contractors carry their own water jugs.They were respectful of our property and plants.I would still recommend Southwest Spas, but definitely have a discussion about their delivery.

We have purchased 2 hot tubs from Southwest Spas. The first was D1Journey and the second a D1 Amore Bay. Both have served us well over the last 15 years. The Amore Bay is still going strong (12 years).We have only had service once with the Amore Bay. Brent was our service professional. He was prompt, courteous and very well informed. Brent completed the repair and solved the issue.When we decide to purchase a new hot tub, we will buy it from Southwest Saps.
