This team was great when we called them for a ducted heater that wasn't working. They had an appointment available within the day and then rang to say they could come earlier if it suited. They gave us an idea of the worst case scenario but stressed they wanted to fix it. They fixed the issue with the heater, checked it multiple times and did all their tests on all vents. The tradie was in and out several times and cleaned up after himself and he was polite and professional. This was over a year ago and we haven't had any issues since.We were very happy and would definitely call them again.

Adam worked at the start of last year on my very old central heating unit n the roof cavity and didn't once say I needed to replace the unit like others had. Excellent response. Multiple problems with ducted heating furnace. First problem was with a broken wire which was identified and corrected. This made unit operative again . The second defect was cracks in heat exchanger which found during wiring rectification. I was concerned about fumes leakage so part of the heat exchanger was replaced. Rapid turnaround.
