I am the lead pastor at our church. SBC Roofing and Exteriors just finished the roofing project for our church and they were PHENOMENAL!! From start to finish they were professional all the way. From coming out to give an estimate, to dealing with the insurance company to getting the job done quickly. Ben went to bat for us and "got it done"! They replaced roofing on both our buildings, replaced the gutters on one and repaired the gutters on the other. He was non-pressure but very thorough and answered every question we had. This was my first experience with replacing a roof and I'm glad I chose SBC Roofing. Ben was very easy to work with and it was obvious he had many years of experience in the industry. He knew what was possible with getting insurance involved, took photos of my roof to show me while he was checking everything and laid out expectations clearly. The day of the install, everything went exactly as he said it would. There were additional sheets of wood that needed replaced outside of the amount included in the quote and I was charged for those that day, but Ben worked with me afterwards to get that cost down to a fair and agreed upon price, which was appreciated. I have no complaints about the process, the people, or the company and would (and will) recommend them to anyone that needs a new roof.

SBC exceeded all my expectations, from initial quote, scheduling, to replacing my roof. The crew that did the install was amazing, efficient and clearly skilled in their trade. After the install they left the yard in better shape than when they arrived. Ben and Shane were fantastic to work with, they were very detail oriented, and customer focused.
