I was the ultimate CrossFit skeptical 🤨 and I didn’t want to even pick up a barbell when I first started coming to Fortress in November 2020. But after the first class..I knew immediately I had the wrong impression! Fortress is the BEST gym that I’ve ever been apart of! Any level of fitness can come to a class and I guarantee you will get an awesome workout! I love that the classes are all coach led and they can make accommodations for anyone. They truly care about your body and keeping you safe, but also pushing you to help reach your fitness goals.

I’m so happy I found this place! The owners are such amazing people and a wealth of knowledge. They meet you wherever you’re at - whether you want to become a better athlete, or you’re just there to be active and healthy. They worked with me as I got ready for a hip replacement, and were there for me as I recovered. They helped me modify workouts as needed, and I came out stronger on the other side. When I tell you they can help ANYONE reach their goals - I mean it! This place is a hidden gem and the community of people are supportive, encouraging, and welcoming! ❤️
