My Touareg developed a fault with the tailgate and wouldn't open, I wanted a decent VW specialist and wanted to avoid main dealers because they make my teeth itch and I dont trust them. From the very first contact, to diagnosing the fault, to fixing the problem, Ian and the guys at Supreme Automotive were top notch. All for what I consider to be a very reasonable price. Ill be using them from now on for all my servicing etc despite them being over an hour away.

I’ve visited Supreme Conversions twice in the last 6 months for air ride servicing and modifications. It’s a 4hr round trip for me but I wouldn’t trust anybody else with my van. The guys are great and have a wealth of knowledge and experience with transporters.

Found Supreme Conversions online after looking for a VW T6 campervan specialist to replace a cam belt/water pump with genuine parts. Very much appreciated them being able to fit the job in at short notice and being able to talk directly to the Technicians. Had lots of error codes on my Skoda Kodiaq, took it to a local garage who read the codes and said it was a problem with the Four Wheel Drive Clutch Control Module. They told me it was way beyond their expertise and it needed to go to a specialist. Contacted Supreme Automotive, explained the problem and they told me to drop it round the next day. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and fixed it the following day. Couldn't ask for better service. Thanks lads!

We found Supreme to be friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. We had an ongoing issue with our VW Tiguan and our normal mechanic was unable to find the problem. Supreme were very efficient and were able to isolate the problem and arranged the repair. We are so pleased to find a VW specialist who knows the car inside out and uses genuine parts and doesn’t charge dealership prices. We would definitely recommend this company for its excellent service and will definitely use them again.

Great customer service! I always struggle to find a decent garage that will work with a lowered van, John and Ian deal with modified vans all the time which made it very easy.I had a service and window installed in my sliding door, I’m over the moon with the finish. Literally saved my life. My suspension was so bad and it needed replacing. They didn’t just sell me whatever was easiest or most expensive but what was best for me. Just 2 days later I had to do an emergency stop in the rain and I’m convinced it wouldn’t have stopped as well. Great guys - fully recommend.

Absolutely fantastic, I had an engine management light on my car. Ian & John diagnosed a EGR problem, explained everything they did & fixed it really well
