I’ve known Monica for 8+ years. She helped me find my first home after a difficult family situation changed our finances, helping me find something we could afford and adjust to. A few years later, I called with goals for the new season of life we had entered. I had specific ideas about what I wanted. We searched houses for 3 years. When I was disappointed things weren’t working out, Monica encouraged me to stay the course and not to settle. She hung in there with me. This summer, I called Monica with a hint of a home that may be coming in the market. She kept in contact with the owners and made sure I was the first to view it. Two hours after I walked in and fell in love with that house, we were under contract…on a Saturday! And when I got mine on the market, it sold within 4 days.
